The service

You upload a photo, choose a place, an outfit and a frame shape, and an AI model generates a fifteen-second video that looks like a 2003 camcorder tape. The result is synthetic media: a scene that did not happen, marked as such.

Credits

Tapes cost credits and the price is shown beside the button before you order. A render that fails to deliver a tape refunds its unspent credits automatically. Credits are not redeemable for money.

Cancelling and refunds

Credits are added to your account the moment your payment clears, which is why the payment page asks you to confirm you want them straight away — once they are there, a purchase cannot be cancelled for a refund. Credits you have not spent stay in your account and do not expire. If a render fails to deliver a tape, the credits it did not spend come back automatically; if something goes wrong that this page does not cover, write to support@timestamptapes.com and we will sort it out.

Your photo, your responsibility

Upload only photographs of yourself, or of someone who has given you their clear permission — the consent box you tick at signup and at every order is a promise to us and to them. We may refuse or remove content that breaks that promise or the law, and we answer takedown requests from anyone who appears in a tape without consent — write to support@timestamptapes.com and you do not need an account with us to do it.

What we do not promise

Generation runs on third-party AI models and results vary; a likeness is not guaranteed. The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
